Ingredients :
Chilly Chicken - 250 gm

Garlic - 3 Tbsp chopped
Green Chilly - 2 Cooking Time : 15 Minutes
Onions - 1 Cup
Spring Onions - 1 Cup Serves : 3 People
SoySauce - 1 Tbsp
Chilly Sauce/Ketchup - 1 Tbsp
Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Sugar - Pinch(If Needed)
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Oil
Chicken Manchurian |
Method :
Heat a pan with 2 Tbsp oil, Add chopped Garlic and Green Chilly. Saute it well for few minutes.Then add Onions and saute it until slight golden brown.
Once the onions are cooked add Soy Sauce, Chilly Sauce, Sugar, Salt and make it has a thick curry.(add few tbsp water if it turn too dry) Stir it for 3 Minutes.
Transfer the chicken to a serving bowl.
Enjoy Hot with Rice or Noodles.
