Ingredients :
Cooked Basmati Rice - 2 Cups Preparation Time : 15 Min
Carrot - 1/2 Cup
Peas - 1/2 Cup Serves : 2 People
Cabbage - 1 Cup
Mushroom - 1/4 Cup
Onions - 1 Cup
Green Chilly - 2
Pepper Powder - 1 Tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 Tsp
Ginger/Garlic - 1/2 Tsp
Salt
Oil
Coriander Leaf
Method :Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds, Ginger/Garlic Paste , saute it for a while until raw smell reduces. Then add Onions and Green Chilly. Fry until it gets cooked well.
Cook the carrots, cabbage, and peas prior. Add Mushroom, Carrot, cabbage and peas. Spread some salt and pepper powder.
Finally add the cooked basmati rice to the vegetables. Sprinkle some more salt to your taste. Mix everything together.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the stove for 5 minutes. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
