Avocado Milk Shake ( Butter Fruit)

          Avocado Milk shake is a nutritious and healthy drink loved by everyone. It has so much health benefits loaded with potassium and fiber. It is good to have it very day in any forms. Here's a simple recipe made from it.

Ingredients :

Ripe Avocado  - 1                                                            Preparation Time : 10 Min
Milk - 1 Cup
Water - 1/2 cup                                                                Serves : 4 Cups
Sugar - 5 Tbsp

Method :

Cut the Avocado into two halves. 


Scrape the pulp with a spoon leaving the skin alone. Directly use a mixer jar to place it.


Add 1 cup Milk and 1/2 cup water to it. Then add 5 Tbsp sugar. (You can replace water with milk alone). You can increase or decrease the sugar quantity according to your taste.


Blend it smooth without any avocado chunks. The blend will get thick so add milk or water according to your own consistency.


Pour it directly to your serving glass. Enjoy every sip.
