Paneer Masala


                     Easy Paneer Masala Recipe for Roti and Poori.
Ingredients :

Paneer - 1 cup                                                        Preparation Time : 15 Min
Onions - 1 cup
Tomato - 1/2 cup                                                    Serves : 2 People
Paneer Masala
Bay Leaf - 3
Ginger/Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chilly Powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 Tbsp






Method :

Heat a pan with 3 Tbsp oil, then add Bay leaf and onions and sautee it well.


Add chopped tomatoes and a pinch of salt. Cook until tomato softens.


Add Ginger/Garlic paste and sautee it until raw smell goes off.


Add Chilly powder, Garam Masala powder, Coriander powder and Turmeric powder.


Mix the masalas well.

Add 1/2 cup water to the masala and 1/2 Tsp salt and boil it well.


Finally add the panner and mix it with the gravy. Simmer the stove & close the pan with a lid for 5 minutes.


Switch off the stove and transfer it to a serving dish.


Enjoy with Roti or Poori.
