Wheat Dosa ( Godhumai Dosai )

                Wheat dosa is very simple and quick dosa recipe which needs very less ingredients.Lets try wheat dosa today.

Ingredients :
Wheat Flour - 1 Cup                                                      Preparation Time : 10 Min
Salt -  1Tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp                                                   Approx Dosa's : 10 Dosa
Chilly Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Wheat Dosa
Onions - 1 Cup
Coriander seeds
Curry Leaf
Mustard Seeds -1/4 Tsp
Urad Dal - 1/4 Tsp











Method :
Take a bowl, add wheat flour, Cumin seeds, chilly powder, Salt.


Add enough water and mix it smooth without any lumps. Keep it aside.


Heat a pan with oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal once splutters add chopped onions, coriander, curry leaves and fry it well for 2 minutes.


Add the onions to the wheat batter and mix it well.



Heat the dosa tawa and pour a small quantity batter in it. Add oil on top of the dosa.


Turn the dosa other side. And add some more oil.


Cook untill it gets nice golden brown.


Tasty and Healthy wheat dosa is ready.


Serve with coconut chutney.
