Potato Fry

                Potato Fry recipe is a very simple recipe prepared with very less ingredients. Hope everyone will like this recipe. 

Ingredients :

Potato - 3                                                                         Preparation Time : 20 Min
Garlic - 4 Pods
Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tsp                                                   Serves :  3 People
Turmeric - Pinch
Chilly powder - 1 Tsp
Curry Masala powder - 1 Tsp
Salt 
Oil
Potato Fry

Method :

Remove the potato skin and chop it into small pieces. Heat a pan with 2 Tbsp oil, add mustard seeds & crushed Garlic. Saute it until raw smell goes off.

                                  

Add the chopped potatoes, salt & Turmeric. Stir it well for 10 minutes.

                                  

Then add Chilly powder & curry masala powder to the potatoes. Saute it . Close the pan with a lid & open stir it occasionally.

                                  

You'll note that the potatoes will change in color and become dark. If it doesnt change cook for some more time.  Finally transfer it to a serving dish.


                                  

Potato fry is now ready. Serve hot.
