Horsegram Rasam is the tastiest rasam ever. No other rasam will beat its taste. Not only taste, it has lots of medicinal benefits too. I usually prepare this rasam when i make Kollu Paruppu chutney. You'll need to add some grinded kollu chutney paste to the rasam to increase the taste. Please follow the sprouting & cooking instruction given in Kollu Paruppu chutney.
