Method :

Wash fresh ripe Straw berries and remove the leaves from it. And chop the Straw berries into small pieces.

Put the Straw berries in a pressure cooker & add 1/4 cup water to it. Pressure cook it for 1 whistle. Open the lid & You'll find the strawberries well cooked.

Switch on the stove & smash the Straw Berries well using the stirrer.

Reduce to low flame, you'll note water in the cooked strawberry evaporating. Add sugar when it turns thick.
Stir it well. Sugar will get dissolved completely. Stir until it comes more thick with no water at all.

Heat a pan with 1/4 cup ghee, break the cashews into small pieces & roast it in the ghee.

Transfer it to a serving dish.

Yummy Straw Berry Halwa is ready. Serve hot. Enjoy the taste.

Tips:

You can increase the ratio of Sugar if the Straw Berries are Sour.
