Here is a Refreshing healthy drink to recharge your energy levels. Its so simple to prepare with very less ingredients.
Ingredients :
Strawberry - 8 Preparation Time - 10 Min
Milk - 1 Cup
Sugar - 3 Tbsp Serves : 2 Cups
Cardamom powder(If necessary) - A Pinch
Water - If needed
Add in a mixer jar and grind it smooth cream.
Add sugar and cold milk to it. Add cardamom powder if needed. I prefer whole strawberry flavor.
Blend it well.

Clean the strawberries and remove the leaves from it.
Wash it well and Chop it, removing the stem from it.
Add sugar and cold milk to it. Add cardamom powder if needed. I prefer whole strawberry flavor.
