Ingredients :
Hard Boiled eggs - 2 Preparation Time : 30 min
Mustard seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Onions - 1/2 cup Serves : 2 people
Tomato - 1
Curry/Coriander Leaf - 1/2 cup
Oil
Salt
Egg Kuruma |
To Grind :
Coconut - 1/4 Cup
Coriander seeds - 2 Tbsp
Poppy seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1'' size
Cloves - 4
Red chilly - 2
Garlic - 4
Ginger - 1'' size
Method :
Put all the ingredients together in the mixer jar.
Grind all the ingredients to smooth paste. Boil the eggs and remove the shell and cut it into halves.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, Onions, Curry leaf and tomatoes. Saute it well.
Add the grinded masala paste to it.Add 1/2 cup water along with it. Add turmeric and salt.
Cook until the kuruma thickens.Once it gets thick drop the eggs in it. Simmer the stove for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Transfer the egg kuruma to a serving bowl.
Serve hot with Rice or Roti.
