This Mushroom Gravy is used has a side dish for Chappati, Poori, Rice, Dosa, Idly and Briyani's.
Ingredient :
Mushroom - 1 pack Preparation Time : 20 min
Onions - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1 small Serves : 4 People
Curry Leaves
Mustard seeds
Oil
Turmeric
Salt
Masala to grind :
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Ginger - small piece
Garlic - 2 pods
Coriander seeds - 1 Tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 piece
Cloves - 3
Poppy seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Channa dal - 1 Tsp
Method :
Grind all the above ingredients to a smooth paste.

Method :
Grind all the above ingredients to a smooth paste.
Wash the Mushrooms well, in cold water & cut it into small pieces.
Heat a pan with 2 Tbsp oil in the stove, add mustard seeds, Onions, Curry leaves & tomato. Then add Mushroom and salt. Saute it well.
Add Turmeric Powder & Chilly Powder & mix it well. Finally add the grinded masala to the mushroom.
Add enough water to the masala to boil and stir it occasionally. Close the pan with a lid for 10 min.
Once the masala's ready you'll find oil floating on top.Switch of the stove. It is ready to transfer the gravy to a serving bowl.
