Idly Maker

Method : 

 Place the Idly maker with 1/4 vessel water in it, let it to boil. Mean while prepare the Idly plates with the cloth.

 Place the idly plates in the Idly maker. Pour the batter in the plate. Close the Lid. Let it steam for 10 min.

After 10 min, Idly's are ready to serve. 

                                                  

                                       

Serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney.
