Paneer Bhurji is tasty and healthy receipe. This is so simple to cook. It can be served as a side dish for Roti. You can even stuff this Bhurji to make Stuffed Panner Roti or Stuffed Paneer Dosa.
Ingredients:
Paneer - 1 Cup Preparation Time : 10 Min
Tomato - 1
Onions - 1 Cup chopped Serves : 2 People
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Chilly Powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Leaf
Salt - 1 Tsp
Oil
Method :
Smash the paneer well and keep it separately in a bowl.
Once it splutters add cumin seeds and chopped onions.
Then add chopped tomatoes and saute it until it cooks well.
Add Salt, Chilly Powder and Turmeric and saute it for few seconds.
Finally add the smashed panner and mix it well. Simmer the stove for 2 min.Keep stirring. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Hot Paneer Bhurji is ready.
Serve hot with Roti or Dosa.
