Kannada Devanga Recipes

            Typical cuisine of Devanga chettiyar family offers a large 

variety of Vegeterian and Non-Vegeterian foods. Wide variety of 

food recipes followed traditionally is mostly combined with spicy, 

sweet and sour flavour. Most families start their day with 

"Ganji"(Multigrain porridge) which has lots of nutritions and 

health benefits. Coconut is the most staple food used widely in 

all menus. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menus are basically 

similar to South Indian menus but the method and ingredients 

used may vary. In this blog i'll be posting typical food followed 

by Devanga chettiar families. 
        
            Trying to google our traditional menus i could'nt find out any 

recipes followed by our families which gave me a inspiration to 

create this blog which would benefit others like me.
