Here's a simple Tilapia fish fry. Tilapia does not take longer than 10min to cook. Very little oil is enough to cook this fish. Come lets cook.
Ingredients :
Tilapia Fish - 4 Fillets Preparation Time : 12 Min
Oil
For Marinating : Marinating time : 1 Hr
Ginger/Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp Serves : 2 People
Chilly Chicken Masala(Sakthi Brand) - 1 Tbsp
Lime Juice - 2 Tsp
Salt - 2 Tsp
Method :
Add Chilly Chicken Masala, Ginger/ Garlic paste & Salt in a small bowl.
Add 2 Tsp Lime juice and mix it to smooth paste.
Clean the fish and apply the masala paste to it.
Marinate the fish for atleast 1 Hour.
Heat a pan with 3 Tbsp oil and add the fish in it. Fry it for 5 min.
Turn it to other side and fry it until golden brown.
