Condensed Milk Pudding or Milk Custard or Leche Flan

      Milk Custard is a dessert made of egg and milk. It is very smooth and soft, melts-in-your mouth. It is very easy to prepare and doesn't take lot of time. This custard is also known has Leche Flan in many countries. Lets enjoy cooking Milk Custard.

Ingredients :

Milk - 2 cups or 1/2 litre                                            Preparation Time : 15 Min
Egg - 3
Vanilla Extract - 1 Tsp                                               Baking Time : 70 min
Sweet Condensed milk -1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/4 Cup                                                         Serves : 6 People

Things Needed :
1.Large Mixing bowl
2.Hand Blender or Mixer
3.Aluminium Pan
4.Aluminium Foil
5.Med size Bowl






Method :

Prepare all the Ingredients before you start. Add the egg in a large mixing bowl.

                             

Blend it nice fluffy with the Hand mixer. If you don't have Hand mixers use fork to beat it.

                            

Add 1 Tsp Vanilla extract and blend it for 2 min. Then add 1/4 cup sugar & once again blend it until the sugar dissolves.

                            

Add 1/2 cup or 1/2 tin Sweet Condensed milk & blend it for 2 min.

                           

Finally add 2 cup milk to it and blend it for 5 min.

                          

Take a large aluminum pan and 1/2 fill it with water. Preheat the oven to 350 degree.
                          

Place a glass bowl or any other bowl in the aluminum pan filled with water. Filter the Milk blend directly into the bowl. This is to remove excess of bubbles from the milk.

                          

    Once all is done cover the bowl with a aluminium foil.
    
                          

       Carefully place the Alumimium tray in the oven. Bake it in the preheated oven at 350 Degree for 75 min.
Once done remove it from the oven & cool it well. Refrigerate it before serving.
