Usually everyone loves noodles which is simple & easy to cook. Lets make a healthier Noodles with Soyachunks and veg's.
Ingredients :
Top Ramen Noodles - 1 Pack Preparation Time : 15 Min
Soya Chunks(Soaked) - 1 cup
Carrot - 1/2 Cup Serves : 2 People
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Onions - 1 Cup
Tomato - 1
Chilly Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Curry Leaves
Oil
Salt - Pinch
Method :
Heat oil in a pan and add Mustard seeds, Onions & Tomato. Saute it for 2 min.
Add chopped carrots and fry it. Add 1 1/2 cup water in the pan. Once the water boils, add soyachunks. Let the soyachunks cook well.
Add Noodles masala given with the noodles pack & add 1/2 tsp chilly powder & a pinch of salt. Let it boil for few seconds.
Once the soyachunks is cooked, add the Noodles in it. Stir well until the noodles is cooked & water is evaporated completely.
