Chocolate Cake

           Duncan Hines is my favorite cake mix brand. I enjoy decorating all my cakes with this. Especially Soft angel and Devils chocolate mix. Usually all cake mixes will have the instructions in it. So you do not worry about the measurements.

Ingredients :

Chocolate cake mix - 1 pack                                                         Preparation time - 12 min
Water - 1 Cup
Egg - 3 or egg white (1/3 cup)                                                       Baking time - 30-45 min
Oil - 1/4 cup
Dry fruits - 1/4 cup                                                                        Baking Temp - 375 'F


Method :

Preheat the oven to 375' F. Measure the water, egg and oil set aside.


Chop the dry fruits and keep aside


Add egg in a large bowl and whisk it until fluffy.

                                

Open the cake mix pack and add it to the beaten egg. Add water and oil and blend all together using the hand mixer or blender until nice smooth and fluffy.


Add chopped dry fruits and mix together.


Spray some oil in the baking tray and transfer the cake batter to it till half filled.  Add the remaining cake batter in cup cake sheets and decorate as you need.

                                

Place the trays in the oven and set time to 30 min. Once done insert a tooth pick and check if it is baked well. Tooth pick has to be clean, if not set for another 10-15 min.


Remove the pan from oven and cool it for 1 hour. Then remove it from the tray and cut it into slices.















Tasty chocolate cake ready. Enjoy this mouth watering cake with any icecream.
